Flat Grass & Pillow Markers

Often referred to as plaques or grave markers, these flat granite memorials are actually referred to as flat grass markers. Supplied in a 4 inch thickness, these markers are available in various sizes & colours to fit your needs & plot restrictions.

We also carry pillow markers which are slanted markers that can be placed by themselves on a foundation or on a base.

Whether it is for cost efficiency reasons, plot limitations or simply looking to memorialize an empty plot, we can create something as unique as your loved one. We carry both traditional and custom bevel markers & pillow markers as well as, attached and detached vase options, dependent on your cemetery and plot regulations.

Industry standard vs our standard and custom bevel edge markers. Our standard marker now includes a small bevel edge to add a pleasing aesthetic and to help reduce the chances of chipping from weed whackers and lawn mowers
Robb, a 20 x 10 x 4 Galaxy Grey Flat Grass granite marker. While Galaxy Grey granite is the least expensive granite colour, it requires paint due to it's light colour, thus it is not a maintenance free option and will ultimately cost more in the long run when the paint needs to be touched up. Customers either choose this colour because they are matching it up to an existing marker or stone at a family plot, or they simply love the colour and accept that like a house, it will eventually need to be re-painted

Van Berkal, a 20 x 10 x 4 Midnight Black Flat grave marker with floral design. All sandblasted designs and lettering that fit onto the face of the stone are included in our quotes.
Rogers, a 20 x 10 x 4 Jet Mist flat grass granite marker. Simple in design and aesthetic, this beautiful colour granite is in the mid-range investment and is maintenance-free option.
Frig, a 16 x 8 x 4 Nylan Blue Flat grass memorial
Cook, a 20 x 10 x 4 Imperial Red Flat Grass marker. This lettering does not require paint making it a great maintenance-free option
Young, a 20 x 10 x 4 Midnight Black Flat Grass granite marker. A perfect size for a single individual.
Cousens, an imported 20 x 10 x 4 Polish top Imperial Red flat grass marker. Imperial Red is a beautiful granite colour, rich in colour and the contrast in lettering is very high making it a great low-maintenance choice.
Arceo, a 28 x 16 x 4 with a built in in-ground vases. Be sure to check with your cemeteries regulations. In the case they are allowed, we offer custom flat grass markers with attached and de-attached in-ground vases as shown here.
Alganesh, a 28 x 20 x 4 Custom Bevel edge Flat grass marker. Customized with a Attached in-ground vase built in the marker and two Diamond Impact etchings
Du, a 36 x 14 x 4 Midnight Black Flat Grass marker with an attached in-ground vase built into the marker. The vase flips upside during the winter months for storage.

Pudsey, a 20 x 10 x 4 Bahama Blue flat grass marker
McDougall, a 20 x 10 x 4 Midnight Black Flat grass marker, with two sandblasted praying hands and rosary. Due to the high contrast in natural rock and polished finish, Midnight Black memorials turn out crisp and the letters are left without paint for a maintenance free option.
Green, a 28 x 20 x 4 Midnight Black marker is the perfect size for a multi-cremation plot. You can find this memorial in Lake of the Woods Cemetery. Note: Some cemeteries have plot restrictions on size of the flat grass marker, this size might not be available to everyone.

Belair, 30 x 14 x 8/5 three sides polished Imperial Red pillow marker, on a matching all polished sub base installed on a granite foundation.
Cleeton, where no cement strip or existing foundation exists, our company will install a granite foundation over a cement foundation for it's durability and strength. Pictured here is a Pillow marker with 3 sides polished, installed on a Galaxy Grey granite base and a granite foundation. The memorial is customized with the family name on the front and back face of the memorial.
